Mom and Dad came up for a weekend and Dad spent the weekend outside with Ryan building our deck.
And just to be fair {to myself} I helped set the posts! Until I got such a bad sunburn that I was sick the following day. This resulted in Brady coming to help finish setting posts. So thanks to him and my dad for relieving me of outdoor work duty.
Seriously...I was not created for hard labor.
The kids even made their own little creations out of the scraps. I was gifted a table and a wall shelf out of the deal.
Today the front sidewalk was poured.
And the kids got in on the action as well.
They are pretty excited to be permanently part of the house.
